If you cancel, you’ll still be able to use any remaining credits for up to 30 days after your final payment. No penalties. No stress.
No worries! If you’re unable to use your membership services in a given month, your credits will roll over for up to 60 days. You won’t lose your benefits—just book when you’re ready and pick up where you left off. It’s beauty on your schedule.
Upgrading your membership is easy! You can upgrade at any time by speaking with the front desk or texting us directly. Your new plan will take effect immediately, and we’ll pro-rate the difference so you only pay for the remaining days at your new level. Whether you’re ready for more treatments or access to premium perks, we’ll make sure your upgrade is seamless and hassle-free.
Note: If you upgrade mid-month, any unused services or credits from your previous tier will still be honored for that billing cycle.
