Is it a contract?

Nope! Our monthly Lush Memberships are subscription-based with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with a 14-day notice before your next billing cycle—no questions asked. We believe in results, not pressure.

What do I get with a Lush Membership?

Every month, members receive credits to use toward facials, body sculpting, skin tightening, or other services, depending on your package level. You also get exclusive perks:

Can I roll over unused sessions?

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or adjust your plan anytime. Our team will help you customize the best plan for your beauty goals.

Can I share my membership?

Memberships are non-transferable and designed just for you—but we do offer special add-on pricing for friends and family visits. Ask us how!

How do I book my sessions?

Once you’re a member, booking is easy:

Walk in and speak to our front desk

Do I get any discounts as a member?

Yes. Members receive:

10–25% off all services

Special event invites

Priority access to new treatments

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel, you’ll still be able to use any remaining credits for up to 30 days after your final payment. No penalties. No stress.

What if I skip a month?

No worries! If you’re unable to use your membership services in a given month, your credits will roll over for up to 60 days. You won’t lose your benefits—just book when you’re ready and pick up where you left off. It’s beauty on your schedule.

What if I want to upgrade?

Upgrading your membership is easy! You can upgrade at any time by speaking with the front desk or texting us directly. Your new plan will take effect immediately, and we’ll pro-rate the difference so you only pay for the remaining days at your new level. Whether you’re ready for more treatments or access to premium perks, we’ll make sure your upgrade is seamless and hassle-free.

Note: If you upgrade mid-month, any unused services or credits from your previous tier will still be honored for that billing cycle.
